What are your response times for critical issues?
For critical issues (system down, data loss risk), we provide 2-hour response during business hours and 8-hour response after hours. For high-priority issues, response is within 4 business hours. Standard issues are addressed within 24-48 hours.
Do you provide server management as part of AMC?
Yes, server management is included in our AMC plans. We handle OS updates, security patches, firewall configuration, SSL certificate renewal, and server performance optimization. For Frappe/ERPNext servers, we also handle bench updates and migration management.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my AMC plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your AMC plan anytime to include more hours or additional services. Downgrades are effective from the next renewal date. We offer flexible monthly and annual billing options.
